At Orchestra Whisper, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy below:

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@orchestrawhisper.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the situation and work to correct it.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you receive the product you want is to complete a return for the original item and make a new purchase for the desired product once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
